Delivery & Shipping Policy

I send orders using Royal Mail, with Tracked 48 as my standard delivery service.

Standard delivery

Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. The delivery charge is calculated according to the weight of your order and includes postage and appropriate packaging.

The applicable delivery cost will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Faster delivery

Where available, you can choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for a faster delivery service.

Please note that Tracked 24 relates to the Royal Mail delivery service once your order has been dispatched. It does not mean that your order will be made or dispatched within 24 hours.

When will my order be sent?

For ready-to-ship products, I will normally aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days.

For custom or made-to-order products, the expected preparation time will be discussed and confirmed when your order is agreed.

Because my products are handmade in small batches, preparation times can vary depending on what you've ordered.

Delivery times

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where applicable.

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to circumstances outside my control.

Packaging

I choose packaging according to the size, weight and nature of the item, using boxes, padded envelopes or other suitable packaging where appropriate.

I take care to package orders securely so that they are protected during transit.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the packaging and item so that I can look into the problem and advise you on the next steps.

If your parcel appears to be delayed or missing, please contact me so that I can check the tracking information and, where appropriate, contact Royal Mail.
